The Annual Meeting of the Partnership is not just a meeting, it’s fun and educational, too, with good Friends, good food and a dynamite speaker — a poet and photographer, Kimberly Ming!

TOPIC:  Beyond Binary: Spoken Word on Multiethnic Identity
Tuesday, April 25th, 5:30 – 8:30 PM, $25

Kimberly Ming is the #LatinAsian — a filmmaker, national speaker, reiki master, and multimedia content creator combining advocacy for marginalized communities with film, photography and spoken word poetry. Her cultural background as a Chinese and Puerto Rican prompted the creation of “The LatinAsian: A Chinese and Puerto Rican Woman” on YouTube, changing the way we see race and ethnic identity in America. She continues a lifelong journey of creating conscious media for liberation. Visit www.kimberlyming.com.

The menu is going to be outstanding at the award-winning Aurora restaurant East China, 15510 E. CentreTechPkwy., near the Community College of Aurora, just south of 6th & Chambers.

See the announcement with all the details.  Please RSVP, but you may pay by cash or credit card at the door.  Just call (303) 326-8695 or email admin@auroraasian.org.

Just a little business to introduce the Partnership, and guests are always welcome!
