The Havana BID Board has hired Chance Horiuchi for the executive director in-training position. Chance will be training under current HBID executive director, Gayle Jetchick, for a full year to learn the ropes before taking over as ED in April of 2019. Gayle can then semi-retire and drop back to part time or help with specific projects only. For the past six years, Chance worked as the Director of Business Development at the Aurora Chamber.
