An Asian / Asian-American Film Festival is dear to the heart of the Aurora Asian/Pacific Community Partnership. We know how much work goes into a festival and how educational and fun it can be! Between 1997 and 2007, the Partnership, in cooperation with the Denver Film Society, held the first pan-Asian film festival in the region. The international calligraphy exhibit is soooo worth your time. Calligraphy artist Harber Chang is there all day until 6PM to help explain the dozens upon dozens of scrolls from around the world on the walls of the Aurora Central Library’s Community Room, 14949 E. Alameda Pkwy. An outstanding effort by Mr. Chang and his colleagues to bring this amazing exhibit to Colorado. Thank you, Mr. Chang! Sadly, it ends this Saturday, January 28th.
